HOW TO FIND US

Rose Farm is located on the A35. It's approximately 3 miles east of Honiton, and 6 miles west of Axminster.

 

Coming from the A30 / A303:

 

Come off at Honiton, heading towards Dorchester & Axminster (A35). We are 3 miles further on. You will come down a long steep hill into the village of Wilmington. You will see the White Heart pub on the left. We are about 300m further down on the same side, on the bend. When you see the village hall opposite, slow right up and start indicating left. Our wide driveway can park 4 cars.

 

Coming from the Dorchester/ Axminster direction:

You will find Home Farm Hotel on the left as you come in to Wilmington, and we are about 50m further on the right. We are a thatched cream coloured farmhouse with a large detached barn.
